Interested in living longer and living better?

One of the goals I had when first starting Every Decade program was to not only share my knowledge and experience on all things related to health and longevity; it was also to learn from people who wanted to apply this knowledge to make their lives better.

As we continue to drive Every Decade forward, we are excited to invite you to take part in our upcoming online customer research sessions.

During a two-week period from 19th of February to 1st of March, we will be conducting five interactive group sessions to delve into various topics, such as the definition of longevity, the significance of daily habit changes, overcoming obstacles, and the role of community in fostering a healthier and longer life.

During these interactive group sessions, we will be discussing topics including:

  • What is your definition of longevity? Why is it important to you?
  • What are the most important factors when it comes to changing daily habits for the better?
  • What are the obstacles that get in the way of all this?
  • What role does community play in learning, supporting and setting goals towards a longer, healthier life?
  • What do you expect to get out of a service like Every Decade?

We are seeking 20-25 participants to join us for 90-minute sessions in small groups of 2-4 individuals. These sessions will be conducted virtually using Zoom for video conferencing and MIRO for collaborative whiteboarding. Once you sign up, we will provide you with all the necessary information to easily set up before the session in just under 5 minutes.
